Hot Melt Adhesive

With stable chemical formula, KL-18 special resin hot melt adhesive is widely used for film coating, free of initial adhesion and realizing perfect fitting adhesion under high temperature conditions.

Operating Steps

Pre-treatment shall be carried out to ensure substrate surfaces are devoid of dust, grease and other contaminants.
Adhesive shall be applied to substrate surfaces by means of coating, screen printing and spraying.
Thermal treatment at 90-110℃ for 1-2 minutes is required for solvent and moisture volatilization.
Two subsequent processing schemes can be adopted:


Scheme A: Cool specimens with cooling rollers and attach release film, with service life within six months for lamination and sale.


Scheme B: Perform thermal compression lamination for 1 minute, then implement segmented temperature curing treatment.
Relevant performance evaluation shall be conducted after 24 hours of static placement.
