Operating Steps

  • Pre-treatment shall be carried out to ensure substrate surfaces are devoid of dust, grease and other contaminants.
  • Adhesive shall be applied to substrate surfaces by means of coating, screen printing and spraying.
  • Thermal treatment at 90-110℃ for 1-2 minutes is required for solvent and moisture volatilization.
  • Two subsequent processing schemes can be adopted:

    Scheme A: Cool specimens with cooling rollers and attach release film, with service life within six months for lamination and sale.

    Scheme B: Perform thermal compression lamination for 1 minute, then implement segmented temperature curing treatment.
  • Relevant performance evaluation shall be conducted after 24 hours of static placement.
