Product Description

KL-25 Liquid Hot Melt Lamination Adhesive

 KL-25 has a viscosity range of 70,000–120,000 cps at 25°C, is ideal for roller coating applications where controlled film thickness is required. The product is a transparent, viscous liquid containing special resins and mixed solvents, with a solid content of 32±3%. It can be directly coated onto nylon or polyester fabrics, providing initial tack at ambient temperature. Activate the adhesive by hot pressing at 160°C for 5–10 seconds, bonding TPU, PU, or other materials. The cured layer stays flexible and strong. To achieve maximum durability and cleaning resistance, cure at 40–50°C for 24 hours. Storage: keep containers tightly closed in a cool, ventilated space.

Application

Processing

1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product is activated and bonded by hot pressing at 160℃ for 5-10 seconds. It needs to be aged 

 at 40-50℃ for 24 hours. After complete crystallization, it can withstand water washing and dry cleaning. 

 For projects requiring high temperature resistance, KL-003 can be used in combination.
