Product Description

KL-25 Liquid Hot Melt Lamination Adhesive

KL-25 can be combined with KL-003 additive. This modified hot melt adhesive is typically used for bonding TPU/PU to nylon or polyester fabrics. It is applied by roller coating as a clear viscous liquid (70,000–120,000 cps, 32% solids). The standard process involves heat pressing at 160°C for 5–10 seconds, followed by 24-hour curing at 40–50°C. With KL-003, the bond withstands elevated temperatures beyond normal limits. The cured adhesive remains soft, flexible, and resistant to washing and dry cleaning. Suitable for demanding automotive and industrial textile applications.

Application

Processing

1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product is activated and bonded by hot pressing at 160℃ for 5-10 seconds. It needs to be aged 

 at 40-50℃ for 24 hours. After complete crystallization, it can withstand water washing and dry cleaning. 

 For projects requiring high temperature resistance, KL-003 can be used in combination.
