Operating Steps
Solvent Glue Boiling Resistant Film Fabric Composite Adhesive 2
  • 1.Wipe and clean base surfaces completely to remove all dust and oil contaminants.
    2. Apply glue evenly through coating, screen print or spray methods.
    3. Heat bake at 90-110°C for one to two minutes to remove volatile solvents and moisture content.
    4. Method one: Cool down using cooling rollers, fit release film, store and use within half a year.
    Method two: Complete hot pressing lamination in 1 minute, then finish curing under specified thermal conditions.
    5. Undertake relevant performance tests after full 24 hours of standing.
