Hot Melt Adhesive

Ideal for multi-material lamination, KL-18 modified hot melt glue is synthesized from special resins, showing no early adhesion at room temperature and connecting materials closely under high temperature.

Operating Steps

1.Achieve a clean, dustless and oil-free state on all substrate surfaces before operation.
2. Deposit adhesive materials onto substrates via coating, screen printing or atomization spraying.
3. Conduct low-temperature baking at 90-110℃ within 1-2 minutes to remove residual solvents and moisture.
4. Production Flow A: Cool products with cooling rollers, fit release film, finished goods delivery or lamination processing valid within 6 months.
Production Flow B: Finish thermal lamination at 100-170℃ for 1 minute, then proceed with high-temperature or low-temperature curing.
5. Complete standard performance inspection after 24 hours of natural placement.
