KL-17 is a modified hot melt adhesive synthesized from a special resin. It can be coated onto PET, PVC, or PEI substrates. It has no initial adhesion at room temperature, but under high temperature and pressure, it achieves excellent mutual adhesion. This adhesive offers a wide range of applications and strong bonding strength.

Operating Steps
1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate.
3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture.
4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees Celsius for 24 hours)
5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.
