Usage Instructions

Mix: Combine adhesive KL-17 and curing agent KL-003 at weight ratio: KL-17:KL-003 = 100:5
Apply: Use roller coating method. Adjust coating thickness according to actual requirements
Curing: This product requires 160℃-190℃ activation. After bonding, it can withstand 180℃ high temperature and pass double 85 testing

Process Optimization

Production efficiency can be improved by increasing baking temperature (not exceeding 150℃) and enhancing production site ventilation to shorten surface drying time and practical processing time.
