Products Description

Serving as a modified hot melt adhesive refined from special synthetic resins, KL-17 can be applied via coating onto PET, PVC and PEI. It lacks initial tack under room temperature conditions, bonds substrates perfectly under heat and pressure, and combines the advantages of broad application scope and ultra-strong bonding capacity.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
