Products Description

KL-18 hot melt adhesive is synthesized by special resins, widely applicable in coating fields of PET, PVC and PEI. It will not stick easily at room temperature and shows outstanding adhesive strength after high temperature pressing.

Operating Steps

Environmentally Friendly Thermoplastic Liquid Hot Melt Bonding Glue 2

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
