Engineered with special resin synthesis technology, KL-17 is a high-performance modified hot melt adhesive for PET, PVC and PEI coating. It possesses no initial adhesion at room temperature yet creates stable and reliable bonding under hot pressing, along with extensive application prospects and strong bond fastness.

Operating Steps

Thermoset Modified Liquid Hot Melt Adhesive for Industrial Use 2

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
