We offer color pastes—pigments with a thick, fluid consistency—for liquid silicone rubber. Once formed, the rubber parts are safe for food and medical applications: they are non‑poisonous, odorless, show no flow lines, and come in vivid colors.

Physical property of water based pigment:
Appearance: Any colors
Add ratio ( silicone rubber): 0.5% ~ 3%
Specific gravity(g/cm3) : 1.10±0.02
Application method of liquid color pigment:
• Select colour‑paste dosage based on physical silicone colour or Pantone reference.
• For machines with a paste pump: set feed ratio via parameters.
• For machines without pump: hand‑mix paste with B‑agent; then add A‑agent; vacuum‑degas; inject.
• Mould temperature: 115–135 °C (per silicone grade).
• Curing time: 200–300 s, adapted to part thickness and type.
Packaging of water based pigment: 1KG~20KG/barrel
