Products Description

This modified hot melt adhesive KL-17 adopts special resin as raw material for synthesis. It is suitable for coating on PET, PVC and PEI, with no initial adhesion at room temperature. High temperature pressing enables great bonding effect, and it enjoys a broad application range and outstanding adhesive power.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
