Product Description

Silicone Instant Adhesive 601

Offering both speed and strength, instant adhesive 601 is a one‑part product that bonds metal, silicone rubber, and many plastic substrates (ABS, PC, TPU, among others). Its performance on silicone keypads and P+R assemblies is further enhanced by using primer K770‑3. With a simple application procedure, the adhesive cures rapidly after parts are brought together under pressure, ensuring a high‑integrity bond every time.

●Self-adhesive or mutual-adhesive between silicone and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, etc.). ●Normal temperature silicone adhesive silicone product ●Special P+R glue, silicone gifts, silicone toys.

●Low bleaching and high viscosity ●Easy to control the glued surface ●No yellowing, etc. ●Excellent peeling strength ●Fast curing after pressurized

Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 
Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 
Curing for 3-5minutes.

1. For cleanup: use T02 Detackifier on any accidental spills. 

2. For first aid: if skin or eye contact happens, rinse vigorously with water and visit a hospital. 

3. For safety: this fast-sticking product won't cling to your skin or clothes, but always apply it in a ventilated room. 

4. For quality: after bonding, ventilating the item drastically cuts down on whitening issues. 

5. For timing: remember that rainy, humid weather means the treatment and adhesive will each take longer to dry.
