Product Description

Silicone Instant Adhesive 601

601 is a single‑part, high‑strength instant adhesive for metal, silicone, and plastics (ABS, PC, TPU, etc.). With K770‑3 primer, it handles silicone keypads and P+R. Easy to use, cures fast on pressing, and bonds tenaciously.

●Self-adhesive or mutual-adhesive between silicone and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, etc.). ●Normal temperature silicone adhesive silicone product ●Special P+R glue, silicone gifts, silicone toys.

●Low bleaching and high viscosity ●Easy to control the glued surface ●No yellowing, etc. ●Excellent peeling strength ●Fast curing after pressurized

Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 
Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 
Curing for 3-5minutes.

1.Dry times increase in rain/humidity for basecoat and glue. 

2. Ventilate after bonding to greatly reduce whitening. 

3. Fast tack prevents skin/clothing stick—ventilate during use. 

4. Do not touch skin or get in eyes. On contact, rinse heavily with water and seek MD. 

5. Clean spills with T02 remover.
