Product Description

Silicone Instant Adhesive 601

For bonding metal, silicone rubber, or plastics such as ABS, PC, and TPU, choose 601 – a one‑component instant adhesive with high tensile strength. When combined with primer K770‑3, it becomes the go‑to solution for silicone keypad and P+R products. Its straightforward application, fast pressure‑activated curing, and superior adhesion make it a shop‑floor favorite.

●Self-adhesive or mutual-adhesive between silicone and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, etc.). ●Normal temperature silicone adhesive silicone product ●Special P+R glue, silicone gifts, silicone toys.

Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 
Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 
Curing for 3-5minutes.

1.Begin by noting that wet weather extends the drying phase for both the primer and the adhesive. 

2. Following assembly, move the item to a breezy location—this is the primary method for preventing white haze. 

3. Because the bond forms rapidly, you can work without worrying about self-adhesion to your hands or clothes, but do keep air moving. 

4. Prior to starting, ensure you have water nearby for emergencies; if the liquid touches skin or eyes, wash abundantly and call a doctor. 

5. Conclude by having T02 Detackifier ready to wipe off any excess glue that strays.
