Product Description

Silicone Instant Adhesive 601

What is adhesive 601? A one‑part, high‑strength instant glue that works on metal, silicone rubber, and most plastics – ABS, PC, TPU, and more. Need it for silicone keypads or P+R? Just use primer K770‑3 alongside it. The process is simple: apply, press, and cure happens in an instant, giving you a tough, reliable joint.

●Self-adhesive or mutual-adhesive between silicone and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, etc.). ●Normal temperature silicone adhesive silicone product ●Special P+R glue, silicone gifts, silicone toys.

●Low bleaching and high viscosity ●Easy to control the glued surface ●No yellowing, etc. ●Excellent peeling strength ●Fast curing after pressurized

Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 
Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 
Curing for 3-5minutes.

1.If the weather is wet or humid, then expect the treatment agent and adhesive to take longer to dry. 

2. If you keep the product in a ventilated environment after bonding, then the whitening effect will be very well reduced. 

3. If the product adheres quickly, then it won't stick to skin or clothing during use; however, ventilation is required. 

4. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, flush with water and see a doctor immediately. 

5. If spills happen during use, clean them up with T02 Detackifier.
