Designated as 601, this single‑component instant adhesive exhibits high bonding strength and is compatible with metal, silicone elastomers, and a broad spectrum of plastic materials (e.g., ABS, PC, TPU). In conjunction with primer K770‑3, it is particularly suited for silicone keypad and P+R assemblies. It offers ease of use, rapid curing under pressure, and durable adhesion.

1.Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding.
2.Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3).
3.Curing for 3-5minutes.

2. Implementing forced-air ventilation during the curing phase substantially minimizes the incidence of blush/whitening.
3. The formulation's instantaneous bond strength inherently resists tackiness to skin and textiles; operational ventilation is mandatory.
4. Cutaneous and mucosal contact is prohibited. Upon accidental exposure, decontaminate via extensive water lavage and transport to a medical facility.
5. T02 Detackifier is specified for the remediation of adhesive overspill.
