Product Description
Exhibiting excellent interfacial adhesion and elastomeric compliance, this PU ink is optimized for low-energy surfaces such as silicone and rubber. Its crosslinked film offers high mechanical durability, chemical inertness, and UV/weather stability. Rapid photochemical or thermal curing yields high-chroma prints with a low-modulus, soft-touch haptic response.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
Pay close attention to the timings: you have a 5-to-10-minute window for mixing the ink and catalyst (at a 100:2-3 ratio) in a barrel after diluting it with 3 to 5 rounds of White Gas or Xylene. Filtration must happen twice through a 300-mesh screen right before the spraying phase. Most critically, your operational clock starts ticking once mixed—you have a hard limit of 12 hours to use it. Throughout this timeline, the ambient temperature must never deviate from 22°C.

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
Attention
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
