Product Description
For printing on silicone, rubber, or synthetics, this ink is a workhorse. It grips well, bends without cracking, and lasts through heavy use. It’s also resistant to scuffs, solvents, and weather changes. Just apply heat or UV for a fast cure, and you’ll get vivid colors and a comfortable, soft-feel surface.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
To prepare your coating, start by adding the hardener to the ink at a ratio of 2 to 3 parts per 100 in a cleaning barrel, stirring until they are fully integrated. Next, thin this paste by adding 3 to 5 times its own volume of thinner—either White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene—and mix this combination for about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, don’t forget to strain the batch twice through a 300-mesh filter before spraying. You should also plan your workflow around the 12-hour activation window and ensure your room sits steadily at 22°C.

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
Attention
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage
Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
