Product Description
Applied to silicone, rubber, or synthetic materials, the ink forms a durable, flexible film with outstanding adhesion. Its formulation resists scratching, chemical attack, and weathering. Curing—via thermal or UV energy—is fast, and the result is intensely pigmented, soft-to-the-touch graphics.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
• Mix: Load your cleaning barrel with ink and 2-3% catalyst (100/2-3 ratio). Make sure they are thoroughly combined.
• Reduce: Introduce thinner (White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene) at a 3-to-5 times dilution ratio.
• Blend: Homogenize the contents for a solid 5 to 10 minutes.
• Strain: Double-filter the solution using a 300-mesh screen prior to spray application.
• Clock: Do not exceed the 12-hour maximum usable life of the mixed product.
• Climate: Keep your workspace temperature locked in at 22°C.

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
Attention
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage
Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
