Silicone Rubber Polyurethane (PU) Coating Ink
Product Description
Worried about prints peeling or fading on rubber or silicone? This PU ink solves that—it sticks tenaciously, stays pliable, and withstands friction, solvents, and outdoor exposure. It sets quickly with heat or UV, giving you rich, long-lasting colors and a gentle hand feel.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
Maintain a constant 22°C working temperature and keep in mind a strict 12-hour pot life after mixing. To prepare the coating: combine ink with catalyst at a 100:2-3 ratio in a barrel, then cut the viscosity with 3–5 measures of thinner (White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene). Stir this mix for 5–10 minutes and, crucially, pass it through a 300-mesh filter screen on two separate occasions before transferring it to your spray gun.
All the above physical data only for reference.
