Silicone Rubber Polyurethane (PU) Coating Ink 

Product Description

Characterized by superior adhesion, elasticity, and long-term resilience, this silicone-based PU ink is engineered for silicone, rubber, and synthetic surfaces. Its high resistance to abrasion, chemical degradation, and climatic exposure ensures print integrity, while rapid heat or UV curing enables brilliant coloration and a smooth, non-tacky tactile quality.

Application

Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.

Application Ratio

Silicone ink: 100g

Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g

Thinner: 300~500g

Processing

• Ratio: Mix ink & catalyst at 100/2-3 in a cleaning pail. Blend well.
• Thinning: Dilute with 3–5x the volume of White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene.
• Agitation: Stir for a 5–10 minute duration.
• Filtration: Filter twice using a 300-mesh screen (pre-spray).
• Working Time: Use within 12 hours max.
• Temperature: Maintain a strict 22°C working environment.

Baking method

A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes

Attention

1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.

2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation

3. Washing with soap once skin contact.

Storage

Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
