Product Description

Enjoy durable, vibrant prints on challenging substrates like silicone and rubber. Our PU ink delivers unbeatable adhesion, stays flexible, and resists wear, chemicals, and the elements—all while curing fast and leaving a luxuriously soft finish.

Application

Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.

Application Ratio

Silicone ink: 100g

Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g

Thinner: 300~500g

Processing

The ink base is first blended with its hardener in a 100:2–3 ratio within a suitable mixing vessel. Thinning is then carried out using 3–5 parts of solvent (either White Gas or Xylene) to one part of the base. A mixing cycle of 5 to 10 minutes is observed, followed by double filtration through a 300-mesh screen immediately before application. The usable window for this catalyzed mixture is limited to 12 hours, with all procedures taking place at a regulated 22°C.

Baking method

A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes

Attention

1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.

2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation

3. Washing with soap once skin contact.

Storage

Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
