Silicone Rubber Polyurethane (PU) Coating Ink
Product Description
This silicone PU ink bonds strongly to silicone, rubber, and synthetics, offering flexibility, toughness, and lasting prints. With excellent abrasion, chemical, and weather resistance, it cures rapidly under heat or UV to produce vivid, soft-touch colors.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
1. Combine the base ink with the catalyst inside a cleaning barrel, adhering strictly to a 100:2–3 ratio, and stir until completely homogeneous.
2. Reduce the mixture by adding thinner (White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene) at a volume 3 to 5 times that of the ink.
3. Agitate the solution continuously for roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Prior to spraying, strain the material through a 300-mesh filter screen in two consecutive passes.
5. Be aware that the pot life of this activated blend is capped at a maximum of 12 hours.
6. Ensure the ambient workshop temperature is stabilized at exactly 22°C.

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
Attention
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage
Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
