Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Product Description
The product utilizes high-temperature vulcanization to achieve its properties. As a single-component ink, it is intended for conductive applications on silicone surfaces. It can be applied via silk screen, pad printing, or spot printing.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone products that requires electrical conductivity.
Processing
1.Clean the silicone material's surface to eliminate impurities, oil, particles, and similar residues.
2. After removing the ink from the refrigerator, wait until it returns to ambient temperature. If viscosity is too high, thin it with odorless kerosene to a level suitable for screen, pad, or dot printing.
3. In a dust-free environment, set the ink aside for 10–30 minutes. Once the solvent has completely evaporated, curing happens.
4. Bake at 180–200℃ for 10–20 minutes to carry out vulcanization.
5. aviation kerosene serves as the thinner. For dot printing, the dilution ratio (ink:thinner) is 1:2. For screen printing, it is 1:0.2.
6. The resistance value is about 100 Ω.
The above physical data are for reference only.
Attention
1. The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three
months. When the product has passed the storage period, it can be further used after
the technical test.
2. The product should be stirred evenly and completely.
3. Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the
working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%. Too low humidity will easily cause static electricity in the ink,
which in turn may result in a poor printed image.
4. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
