Product Description

C-15 is a curing agent formulated for HTV silicone rubber compression moulding. The cured silicone derived from C-15 is non‑toxic, resists yellowing effectively, and does not produce any unpleasant smell. The raw silicone should be cured at a high temperature of 170–175°C.

Processing:
For processing: cure at 175°C; add 0.8–1.2% C-15 based on the silicone rubber. Always incorporate the agent in small, repeated additions. Failure to do so leads to material burning during mixing due to diminished static sparking and roller overheating. Any fire can be put out with a foam extinguisher.
