Product Description

In compression moulding of HTV silicone rubber, C-15 is employed as the curing agent. Cured silicone made with C-15 is noted for being non‑toxic, exhibiting good anti‑yellowing properties, and having no bad smell. A curing temperature of 170–175°C is required for the silicone raw material.

Processing:
Curing temperature is 175°C. The agent is used at 0.8–1.2% relative to the mixing silicone rubber. It must be added in multiple small portions. Otherwise, fewer electrostatic sparks and roller overheating will cause material combustion during mixing. Foam extinguishers are required for fire control.
