Product Description

SILICONE PRIMER

Silicone primer serves mainly for bonding unvulcanised silicone rubber—whether addition-cured or peroxide-cured—with metal, polyamide (PA), PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), and others.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method. 3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day. 
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization. 

Do not expose to heat or fire; keep in a dry, shaded place.
Recap immediately after use to stop evaporation. Store used primer separately to extend its usable life.
The solvent is toxic. Work only in ventilated, fireproof areas, and avoid long-term inhalation or skin contact.
Always run a compatibility test for the silicone primer with substrates during mold curing. Contact with N, P, S, or ionic compounds (Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi) can cause poor curing.
