CL-24S-W02, This product is a one-component hot vulcanized silicone rubber glue. It is mainly used for the integrated molding of liquid or solid silicone rubber and PA/metal substrates. Typical application products include metal eyeglass frames, silicone baby products, silicone kitchen utensils, silicone 3C electronic products, etc.

1. Surface treatment: degrease the plastic after mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper polishing, or chemical treatment with alcohol;
2. Spray, brush or soak the adhesive on the surface of the substrate to be bonded;
3. Drying: Bake at 100-120℃ for 5min
4. Parking: The glue should be glued as soon as possible after the glue is applied, and it is best to finish it on the same day. Avoid pollution and exposure to high-temperature and high-humidity air.
5. Vulcanization: platinum vulcanizing agent is required for vulcanization, and the vulcanization should not exceed 140°C
