Product Description

Application method of liquid color pigment:

1. First of all, according to the physical color of silica gel or the international circulation of pantone card number reference palette, debugging out the proportion of color paste addition and use. General liquid silica gel injection molding machine with colored material pump, the color paste into the molding machine color pump, by adjusting the machine parameters to adjust the color paste feed proportion. For machines without color paste pump, manual mixing can be adopted: the required color paste and one of the liquid silica gel components, Agent B, will be evenly stirred, and then mixed with agent A evenly. After defrothing treatment by vacuum machine, it will be injected into the mold to form.

2. The molding temperature depends on the required silica gel. Generally, the recommended mold temperature is 115~135℃

3. The curing time shall be adjusted according to the thickness or type of the product. The general recommendation is 200 to 300 seconds.
