Product Descriptions:
CL-24S-1, this product is suitable for the hot-vulcanization bonding of liquid silicone rubber or addition-curing
silicone rubber with PC plastic. Typical applications include swimming goggles, silicone phone cases, adult
products, and infant toys.

Operation steps:
1,Surface treatment: the plastic is mechanically sandblasted or sandpapered toremove grease, or treated with alcohol.
2,Adhesive: Apply by brush or spray. Do not soak.
3, Drying: Bake at 80'c for 10 minutes.
4,Storage: After applying adhesive, it should be bonded as soon as possible,preferably on the same day. If contamination
and exposure tohigh-temperature, high-humidity air are avoided, it can be stored for nomore than 5 days. Sulfurization: Platinum-based
vulcanizing agent must be used, and the temperature should not exceed 140°C.
