Product Description:

CL-T10B, one component water-based release agent for silicone rubber mold production. Excellent and durable

releasing effect and would not transfer to the products itself. Over 5 times long-term using, also
can be used as cleaning agent in the releasing process. Mainly apply to silicon rubber producing, especially for high quality

requested silicone rubber releasing from the mold.

Shelf life: 12 months

Packing: 5litres/barrel and 15 liters/barrels

Processing steps:

CL - T10B as spraying process on a clean and hot mold. It can be diluted by pure water at ratio:5~10 times depending on the

spraying device.
1. Spraying at least 3 times with thin and uniformly on the hot mold.
2. 5 minutes delay for each spraying time to make the water be volatilized deeply.
3. Please keep 10-25cm between spray gum and mold. It would be better to use spraying equipment with constant pressure.
4. The best effect should be based on constant temperature over than 95℃.
5. Please according to the production requirements to re-spray CL-T10B.
6. Don't spray too much to avoid the remained release agent in the mold.
