KANGLIBANG® Silicone Glue

KN-300B is silicone adhesive which is used for the cured silicone bonding with metal, glass, ceramic tile, plastic, alloy or other materials. KN-300B is high and low temperature resistance(-50~200℃), weather resistance, excellent bonding, fixation, sealing, insulation, moistureproof, shakeproof, ageing resistant etc.

Attention

1, According to the consumption, theyare ready to use after squeezing out.Cutting out the nozzle mouth and loadonto a injection gun (Pneumatic gun ormanual gun). Please fasten down the thecaps after using to avoid the gel to becured.

2,The adhesive's completely curing timeis based on air contact area and thethickness, the more thin the coatingadhesive, the shorter the curing time.Appropriately raise the enironmentaltemperature (shall not exceed 60C) andincrease the humidity can reduce curingtime.

3,Avoid eye contact adhesive. lf contact,rinse with water immediately, then go tosee the doctor.

1, Cleaning material surface for bonding. 2, Coating adhesive thickness≤1mm 
3, At least 30 minutes pressing, the adhesive is cured completely after 24 hours at room temperature.

1, Need to clean surface for bonding, avoid the greasy dirt. 2, Make sure uniform pressure to keep bonded parts together. 3, KN-300N is easy to cure once contacting with moisture, it must be stored in a completely sealed packaging and away from the away from light and hot. 4, Avoid eye contact with adhesive,If contact, rinse with water immediately, then go to see the doctor. 5, Please fasten down the the caps after using to avoid the gel to be cured.
