Product Discription:

CL-24S-2D, Silicone primer to bond peroxide-cure silicone rubber with substrates like
metallics, Epoxy, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, PA, bakelite, zinc-coated or nickel
coated metal.

Application:

※Silicone parts ,silicone rubber rollers
Specification :
It can be glued well for most of the silicone rubber,including the material need or no need to vulcanize again.
One component,single coating, simple process.
It can be worked at a severe rugged environment and resisted water,salty,chemicals, oil, and solvent.

Operation steps:

1. Surface treatment:Degreasing the raw material with blast sanding,polishing or washed with industrial alcohol, 
2. Gluing: Brush painting/coating, dipping or spray painting/coating. 
3. Drying condition: Dry and room temp for 30mins or baking at 110-130℃ for 5~15 minutes.
4. After treatment: Adhesive bonding asap after glued at the same day. 
5. Vulcanizing: The adhesive can be cured accordance with itself curing condition on first step and the Second curing temperature max. at 200°C .
