Product Description

Silicone Conductive Spray Ink is a specialized flexible coating formulated with high-purity conductive fillers (such as silver, carbon, or nickel particles) to provide stable electrical conductivity while maintaining the elasticity and durability of silicone substrates. This ink is designed for applications requiring both electrical performance and mechanical flexibility.

 

Application

Widely used in silicone rubber buttons of electronic products such as mobile phones, telephones, notebook computers, fax machines, copiers, remote controls, etc.

 

Application Ratio

For spot printing, the dilution ratio of ink: thinner = 1:2.
For screen printing, the dilution ratio of ink: thinner = 1:0.2.

 

Processing

1. Clean the surface of the silicone material to free it from impurities, oil, particles
and so on.
2. After the ink is removed from the refrigerator, it cannot be used until the
temperature of the ink returns to room temperature. If the viscosity is too high
during use, you can add odorless kerosene to adjust the viscosity to a level suitable
for screen printing, pad printing or dot printing.
3. Set the ink aside for 10-30 minutes in a dust-free environment and cure after the
solvent has completely evaporated.
4. Bake at 180-200℃ for 10-20 minutes for vulcanization

Attention

1.The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three months. 

2.Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the

working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%.
