Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Product Description
The product use high-temperature vulcanization technology. It is a single component ink suitable for the
surface of silicone products that requires electrical conductivity. It is suitable for silk screen printing, pad
printing or spot printing.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone products that requires electrical conductivity.
Processing
1. Clean the surface of the silicone material to free it from impurities, oil, particles and so on.
2. After the ink is removed from the refrigerator, it cannot be used until the temperature of the ink returns to
room temperature. If the viscosity is too high during use, you can add odorless kerosene to adjust the viscosity
to a level suitable for screen printing, pad printing or dot printing.
3. Set the ink aside for 10-30 minutes in a dust-free environment and cure after the solvent has completely evaporated.
4. Bake at 180-200℃ for 10-20 minutes for vulcanization.
5. The diluent is toluene or aviation kerosene. For spot printing, the dilution ratio of ink: thinner = 1:2. For screen printing,
the dilution ratio of ink: thinner = 1:0.2.
6. The resistance value is about 100 Ω
All the above physical data only for reference.
Attention
1. The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three
months. When the product has passed the storage period, it can be further used after
the technical test.
2. The product should be stirred evenly and completely.
3. Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the
working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%. Too low humidity will easily cause static electricity in the ink,
which in turn may result in a poor printed image.
4. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
