Product Description
Silicone PU ink offers excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability on silicone, rubber, and synthetic materials. It provides superior abrasion resistance, chemical stability, and weatherproof performance, ensuring long-lasting prints. The ink cures quickly under heat or UV, delivering vibrant colors and a soft-touch finish.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
1. Pick out appropriate ink at ratio (100/2-3) into a cleaning barrel, mixed with catalyst thoroughly.
2. Diluting for three to five times with thinner (Toluene, White Gas or Dimethyl- benzene).
3. About 5-10min mixing
4. Filtrating with 300 mesh filter screen for twice before spraying.
5. Max 12hours working time for mixed ink.
6. Keeping 22℃ working temperature

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
Attention
1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation
3. Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage
Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
