1, Prepare the KL‑301G(ABC) adhesive system by thoroughly mixing the three components in the precise weight ratio A:B:C = 10:10:1 (e.g., 10 g of A with 10 g of B and 1 g of C).

 
2, Apply the mixed adhesive onto a thin carrier sheet, maintaining a coating thickness below 0.5 mm.

3, To maximise bond strength, pre‑heat the ends of the silicone gaskets by pressing them briefly against the hot mould surface.

4, Then, dip the pre‑heated gasket ends into a small amount of the adhesive.

5, Immediately bring the two cord ends together by hand, ensuring that the adhesive has not begun to cure before contact. Maintain steady horizontal pressure until the upper mould closes, guaranteeing full surface contact at the bonding joint.

6, Keep the mould closed for 10–20 seconds at 180 °C, allowing the adhesive to absorb sufficient heat for optimal cure. After this heating step, the final bond strength is achieved upon cooling to room temperature.

As visible in the finished gasket photograph, the bonded seam remains slightly discernible after processing.
