Product Description

Silicone Instant Adhesive 601

601, one component with high strength instant adhesives. Which is Applied to metal,silicone rubber and all kinds of plastic material,such as ABS, PC, TPU etc. Matched with primer (K770-3) can be used for silicone keypad and P+R product. Easy to operate and the instant adhesives are characterized by high bonding strength and fast curing after pressing.

●Self-adhesive or mutual-adhesive between silicone and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, etc.). ●Normal temperature silicone adhesive silicone product ●Special P+R glue, silicone gifts, silicone toys.

●Low bleaching and high viscosity ●Easy to control the glued surface ●No yellowing, etc. ●Excellent peeling strength ●Fast curing after pressurized

Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with toluene, degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 
Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 
Curing for 3-5minutes.

1. In rainy and humid conditions, the drying time after the application of the treatment agent and the application of the adhesive is relatively prolonged. 2. If the product is kept in a ventilated environment after bonding, the phenomenon of whitening is very well reduced. 3. The product adheres quickly, so that the skin and clothing can not be stuck during use, and pay attention to ventilation during use. 4. Avoid contact with the skin and penetration into the eyes. In case of accident, wash off immediately with plenty of water and take to hospital. 5. If adhesive spills during use, it can be cleaned up with T02 detackifier.
