Liquid silicone color pigment from china manufactuer
With these pigment pastes—so called because of their optimal viscosity and pourability—you can color liquid silicone rubber safely. The finished products are approved for food and medical use: they are inert, odor‑free, visually uniform (no flow marks), and available in brilliant hues.

Application method of liquid color pigment:
The colour‑paste addition rate is derived either from the intrinsic colour of the liquid silicone or from a standard Pantone number. When the injection moulding machine is fitted with a colour‑paste pump, the feed proportion is regulated electronically via the machine’s settings. In the absence of such a pump, a manual alternative is used: the paste is blended uniformly with Component B, then mixed with Component A, subjected to vacuum deaeration, and finally injected into the mould. The mould temperature must be chosen according to the silicone grade, with a recommended range of 115 to 135 °C. The curing dwell time, which depends on the product’s thickness and configuration, generally falls between 200 and 300 seconds, and should be fine‑tuned accordingly.
