Application method of liquid color pigment:
Colour paste dosage is set by visual/Pantone matching. Automated injection lines use a colour pump (parameter‑controlled); manual lines require premixing paste with B‑agent, then adding A‑agent, vacuum degassing, and injection. Process parameters: mould temperature 115–135 °C (silicone‑dependent), cure time 200–300 s (adjustable for thickness/type).
