CL-PA-AB silicone primer is mainly applied to the bonding between uncured silicone rubber of addition and peroxide systems and materials including metal, PA and PET.
●Good adhesion ●Long storage for after-primer-coated substrates ●High temperature tolerance for second cure of silicone rubber
Appearance
Transparent liquid or gel

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
1.Storage: Maintain the product in dry, shaded conditions. Keep away from heat and naked flames at all times. 2. Post-use handling: Fully close the container to prevent volatilization. Isolate partially used primer in storage to maximize storage duration. 3. Health & fire hazard warning: Solvent is toxic. Work areas shall be ventilated and fire protected. Prevent continuous inhalation and skin contact. 4. Process note for mold curing: Conduct compatibility verification for silicone primer and substrates. Contact with ionic compounds of N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb and Bi will lead to defective curing.
