Liquid silicone color pigment from china manufactuer
This range is a color pigment additive for liquid silicone rubber, often called color paste because of its fluid nature. Cured products are food‑ and medical‑grade: safe, odor‑free, streak‑free, and brightly colored.

Application method of liquid color pigment:
The colour‑paste dosage is first calculated by visually comparing the silicone’s base shade or by referencing the Pantone colour system. In typical injection moulding lines, a dedicated pump meters the paste; the feed ratio is controlled by machine settings. Where no pump exists, the paste must be premixed with the B component, then combined with A, vacuum‑degassed, and finally injected. Moulding temperature should fall between 115 and 135 °C, with cure times spanning 200–300 seconds, tuned to the part’s wall thickness and geometry.
