Product Description
This ink mainly used for silicone rubber spraying coating ink, cured at high temperature (180~220℃).Characterized by smooth feeling, friction resisting, dust proof , well Covering power and adhesive power. Suit for the spraying coating necessaries of silver oil, colored-oil, Laser etching oil.
Application range:
Application
Mainly applied to silicone bracelet, silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.
Application Ratio
Silicone ink: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g
Thinner: 300~500g
Processing
1. Pick out appropriate ink at ratio (100/2-3) into a cleaning barrel, mixed with catalyst thoroughly.
2. Diluting for three to five times with thinner (Toluene, White Gas or Dimethyl- benzene).
3. About 5-10min mixing
4. Filtrating with 300 mesh filter screen for twice before spraying.
5. Max 12hours working time for mixed ink.
6. Keeping 22℃ working temperature

Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes

l This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.

l Washing with soap once skin contact.
Storage
Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
