Product Description

These products are colorants specifically formulated for liquid silicone rubber. Their viscosity and flow characteristics classify them as pigment pastes. Finished silicone parts made with them pass food‑contact and medical safety standards—they are non‑toxic, odorless, free from flow marks, and exhibit vivid coloration.

Appearance: Any colors

Add ratio ( silicone rubber): 0.5% ~ 3%

Application method of liquid color pigment:

1. Determine the colour‑paste addition ratio by matching the physical colour of the silicone or using the international Pantone reference palette.
2. For liquid silicone injection moulding machines equipped with a colour‑paste pump, feed the paste into the pump and adjust the proportion via machine parameters. For machines without such a pump, manually mix the required paste with Component B until uniform, then blend with Component A, degas under vacuum, and inject into the mould.
3. Set mould temperature at 115–135 °C, depending on the silicone grade, and adjust curing time from 200 to 300 seconds according to product thickness and type.
