Looking for a reliable coating for cured silicone rubber? This two-component, low-temperature curing product is your answer. Applied externally and then heat-cured at 190–220°C, it gives a luxuriously smooth feel, resists friction, keeps dust away, and provides outstanding coverage and adhesion.   Processing methods:  

1. Engage the ready silicone rubber in second cure (190℃-200℃, 8-10minutes ), wash clean the surfaces   

2. Add 3% of platinum catalyst into the silicone resin for mixture and dilute with solvent(white gas) six times ,try small quantity first followed by mass input of the solvent when diluting the silicone resin.

3. Please filtrate with 300-400 mesh filter screen for twice before uploading in the spraying gun

4. Leave alone the ready silicone resin for 3-8minutes in the dust-free plant before the spraying process.

Baking method

Baking Condition(190-200℃) 8 – 10 min  

   Attentions:   

1. If the product has been opened, mix it evenly. When processing the ink, be sure to add the platinum catalyst before diluting the ink.

2. Spray only in a suitable environment – a dust‑free plant is better. Temperature should be 20–30°C and humidity 55–75%.

3. The silicone rubber must be given a second cure at >150°C for 10–30 minutes; otherwise the paint on the rubber surfaces will not cure completely.

4. If the temperature is raised too quickly during curing, or if baking is done immediately after spraying, poor shininess will occur. Therefore, elevate temperature slowly.

5. Mixed silicone resin is usable for 12 hours. However, if stored sealed and at low temperature, its activation period becomes longer.
