KL-UV-001 adhesive is a one-component, high-solid content, UV-curable modified polyurethane acrylate.
It can be applied onto film materials and undergo oxygen-free UV curing for lamination.It has high adhesion,
is resistant to moisture; it is highly transparent, safe and non-toxic, does not contain any solvents, and has no VOC.

It is mainly used for film coating protection. It can bond PET to PET, PET to ABS, PET to PC, etc.
Processing steps:
1. This product is sensitive to light. During storage and operation, it is necessary to control the exposure to various light
sources such as sunlight, UV light and other artificial lighting sources.
2. When using, try to clean the surface to be coated as much as possible to keep the coated surface clean and free of oil stains.
3. It can be coated by manual brushing, mechanical spraying, mechanical dipping, etc.
4. Curing: Both oxygen-free and oxygen-containing curing are possible. The typical wavelength for ultraviolet light curing is
365nm, and the curing energy is 500-800mj/cm2.
