PT-4000, is a platinum catalyst for addition molding silicone.
Specificaiton:
Applications:
• Mainly used for medical grade, food grade silicone rubber, silicone gel, electronicpotting glue, silicone
ink catalyst.
• Catalysts for synthesis of polyether silicone oil and amino silicone oil.
• Paper release agent.
•Modified organic silicon, environmentally friendly flame retardant.
• Coating materials, protective films, release films, simulated dermis and otheroccasions where the
silicidation reaction occurs.
Processing steps:
1. When stirring or mixing, the inhibitor component must be added first, and platinum water can be
added after mixing, otherwise the materials can be poisoned;
2, This product cannot be added when the temperature of the mixer and the drum of the mixer is higher
than 45 degrees, and it must be cooled.Otherwise the materials can be poisoned.
3. There are different addition ratios for different application fields, and the addition ratio of 100% solid
content silicone is about 1.2%.
